My love of writing stems from over 20+ years as a Technical Writer. Technical writing will always satisfy the curious geek within me, but Grant Writing awakens a deeper sense of purpose and meaning.

With a deep commitment to community, I bring over five years of nonprofit management experience driving positive, lasting change. As a volunteer Executive Director and Advocacy Writer, I successfully influenced $1.2 million in funding—delivering two major capital projects, a community skatepark and a dog park—that transformed recreational access and quality of life for local youth. My passion for civic engagement, strategic partnerships, and inclusive community design continues to fuel my dedication to building vibrant, resilient communities.
